*All customers must pay a security deposit at booking in the amount of $30.00, the remaining balance is due on surgery pickup day before surgery to confirm pickup after surgery. This is only required if payment is not made in full at checkout. *
There is an additional fee of $30.00 that is required for patients requiring longer wait times or extended post-op monitoring before discharge, and or any additional add-on fees, early pick up or out of travel service pickup area. This charge is per every 30 minutes.
This service provides non-medical post-operative transportation from surgery center, outpatient facility, or hospital to the client’s destination of choice.
Transportation is provided only after the client has been officially discharged.
